Shipping & Delivery

Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping. This policy applies to all global shipping destinations, though additional charges may apply for certain remote areas. The exact shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

We currently offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days, suitable for non-urgent orders.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days, perfect for expedited orders.

We ship to over 280 countries and regions worldwide. A full list of eligible countries is available during checkout. If your region is not listed, please contact us at service@azripp.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking link. You can click the link to track your order in real-time. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, first check the tracking status using the provided link. If you still have concerns, email us at service@azripp.com with your order number and details, and our support team will assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy, starting from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Customized or promotional items may not be eligible for return.

For quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

For first-time orders with size-related issues, we offer a one-time free return or exchange for non-quality-related issues.

For quality-related issues or shipping errors: We cover the return shipping costs.

For non-quality-related returns (e.g., size or preference): Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. However, we offer a one-time free return or exchange for size issues on first-time orders.

Once we receive the returned item and complete the quality check, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Additional processing time may vary by payment provider.

Materials & Products

Tencel Wool: Made with a blend of natural plant fibers and premium Australian Merino wool. It is lightweight, moisture-wicking, and ideal for summer wear, keeping you cool and fresh.

Pure Wool: Crafted from 100% Australian superfine Merino wool, it provides excellent warmth and breathability, making it suitable for winter but wearable year-round due to its lightweight nature.

Hand washing: Use cold water and wool-specific detergent, gently rub, and avoid wringing out.

Machine washing: Use a gentle wool cycle with low temperatures and place items in a laundry bag.

Drying: Lay flat to dry in a shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight or high heat.

Our wool products are made with soft, fine fibers and eco-friendly dyeing processes, ensuring no harsh chemical residues. This makes them ideal for sensitive skin.

Soak the seed card in water, place it on the soil’s surface, and cover it with a thin layer of soil. Keep it moist, and sprouts should appear within 5-10 days. Suitable for indoor or balcony planting.
